Returns & Refunds

We do hope that you cherish your purchase just as much as we do but if you do have any issues with your product(s), we ask you to please contact us within 14 days so we can provide a refund or exchange within the 30 day period. After the 30 day period has expired, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Our collections are carefully selected for quality, craftsmanship and our signature style. Please be aware that some of our items are handmade or naturally crafted to give that rustic or distressed appearance.  We hope you can join us in celebrating the beauty and individuality of each and every piece as we take the upmost pride and care when describing the products, highlighting areas that you may want to consider when purchasing.

If you do wish to return your product, please email us at info@prettywhitehouse.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns number and address details for shipping.  Please note that we are unable to refund any postage charges and will not be responsible for damage or loss to items during the return transit.  Once your return is received and inspected, and if the condition matches our requirements, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit.

Please be reassured that we take great care in our attention to detail and endeavour to inspect each product prior to packaging your orders.  We also pride ourselves on ensuring that your item(s) are carefully packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email within 10 days of receiving your order.

As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item/s, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.
