Our Delivery Service

We aim to process and package orders within 2-4 business days – subject to stock availability and excluding pre-orders.

Our standard UK delivery service is currently £4.95. Your parcel will be sent via either DHL courier or Royal Mail and you should receive tracking once it has been dispatched. We currently only ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions you may issue to our delivery partners – such as to leave a parcel with a neighbour or in an outbuilding.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.

Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not, to advise the courier of an alternative delivery option as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us in this case, we will provide a full refund for the item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
